When do we ship?

We ship everyday at 3pm. If you get your order in in time it goes out the same day!

Will I receive tracking?

Yes! You will receive tracking with updates. You can also check your tracking at any time either in your account or on the tracking page of the US Postal Service here:

Our refunds and Returns Policy

We are flexible on refunds but it is our sole discretion as to whether we grant a refund. The customer must pay for shipping on an agreed upon refund.


Shipping is free on all large items and orders of two items or more. Otherwise a flat fee of $5 will be applied.

Customs Duties and Taxes on International Orders

Duties and taxes are set by your country’s customs service and are the sole responsibility of the customer. neither collects these fees, nor quotes their actual costs. You are to pay import fees, duties and taxes, if any, to the responsible party.

Refund Policy on Orders Seized by Customs

If your package (order) is seized by customs and not returned to us, we will not issue a refund. If we receive a package back from customs, we will refund you the product cost less shipping, handling and insurance, provided the returned products are unopened, in their original packaging and in good condition.
